Instructions for Uploading Documents:

File format
We can accept any of the following file format for uploaded documents:

".pdf" -- Adobe Acrobat
".jpg" -- Joint Photographic Experts Group
".tif" -- Tagged-Image File Format
".doc" -- Microsoft Word (any version)
".rtf" -- Rich Text Format

Please use only the file formats specified and label the file using the spelling of the extensions as shown above. Also, please do not allow file names to have spaces. Close any spaces with and underscore ("_") symbol.

Identifying Uploaded Files
You must correctly identify each file you upload so that it can be matched to the correct dog. Please use the following naming convention:

"AKC Reg. No & Group"

For example, a document uploaded for a dog to verify its conformation group points would be named:

"HM67207408A.[ext]"

If there is more than one submission from Group F, label them as follows:

"HM67207408F1.[ext]"
"HM67207408F2.[ext]"

To upload, click a "Browse" button, locate the file on your hard drive and click "open" or "ok" (depending on your operating system). When all documents are attached, click the "Submit" button.

When prompted, please enter "contribute" for the username and "liondog" as the password. The username and password are case sensitive, please enter in lowercase.

Last, please be patient...as it may take a while for large graphic files to upload.
