THE BUCKET BEE COMPETITION

It has been said that without our assistants
(the Bucket "Bs") the entire show would come to a
screeching halt. Dogs would not get to go the bathroom, would not make it ringside, our armbands would not be picked up, there would be no crates or pens set up – it would be hell without the men and women who truly make the show world go 'round.

In appreciation and honor of these important characters we will hold a competition which will show off these skills and earn the lucky winner $100.00!

Rules and details will be posted at the show grounds and the games will begin Thursday afternoon between Breed judging and the Awards ceremony!

Be Part of the Scene and (with luck) win $200.00!!!!!!

Rapid City evokes that nostalgic, sweet, campy and cheesy feeling of loading up the family station wagon and heading out to the shore, national historic sites, lakes, theme parks or wherever! Fighting with your siblings for space in the "way back", getting to proudly wear a three-corner hat or checking in to the Westward-Ho Motor Lodge, our hope is that your visit here brings back some old sweet memories of a by-gone time.

In that spirit we are requesting copies of your favorite photos from long ago or recent vacations. With your dogs, your family, or a famous location - we want you to be part of the display around the show ring and hotel.

You will be entered in a raffle for $200.00!
